THE PETITION FOR PROBATE requests that: Bruce McKay be appointed as personal representative to administer the estate of the decedent.
THE PETITION requests authority to administer the estate under the Independent Administration of Estates Act. (This authority will allow the personal representative to take many actions without obtaining court approval. Before taking certain very important actions, however, the personal representative will be required to give notice to interested persons unless they have waived notice or consented to the proposed action.) Budget appropriations hearing
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held on October 12, 2010, at the hour of 6:15 pm in the East Quincy Services District office, Quincy, California, for the purpose of establishing, by resolution, the appropriation limit for the 2010-2011 fiscal year for the East Quincy Services District, as described in Article XIIIB of the State Constitution. The proposed appropriation limit is $191,958.00, and the East Quincy Services District's 2010-2011 budgeted appropriations and provisions for reserves is the sum of $86,300.00. The sum of $86,300.00 is subject to the appropriation limit.
At said hearing the East Quincy Services District Will consider all comments by interested persons.
