TAKE NOTICE that a Petition has been filed in the District Court, Hughes County, State of Oklahoma, Case No. FP 11 25 styled Sean Allen Tweedle, Petitioner vs. Kimberly Westfall, Respondent. The Petition alleges that Petitioner is the biological father of SWT, a minor child born February 22, 1994, SDT, a minor child born May 14, 1995, and KRT, a minor child born January 14, 1997, and he is entitled to and should be awarded full custody of SDT, a minor child born Mary 14, 1995, and KRT, a minor child born January 14, 1997, and that Petitioner should be judicially determined to be the biological father of said children.
The Petition further alleges that the District Court, Hughes County, Oklahoma, has subject matter jurisdiction under all applicable law concerning the custody, visitation, and support of said minor children and that all such jurisdiction should be exercised herein. The Petition alleges that you should have visitation with the minor children according to the desires and preferences of said children.
