Eastern Plumas Health Care (EPHC) held their annual safe trunk or treat event in Portola on the evening of Saturday, October 29, with many residents from the EPHC Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) joining staff to share sweet treats with costumed children. This gang of EPHC radiology department staff showed up with smiles and handed out fresh popcorn to each attendee.
