Almanor resident graphs water storage
Lake Almanor resident Phil Datner graphed the water storage for both Lake Almanor and Lake Oroville. “The 2nd year of low precipitation in a row is showing,” Datner said. “The amount of water storage at Almanor and Oroville are both at their lowest levels for this time of year (March 31) in the last 10 years.”
