Assistance for Lassen County residents impacted by Beckwourth Complex fire

In coordination with other organizations and State agencies, Lassen County is now announcing the opening of an assistance center in Doyle for residents impacted by the Beckwourth Complex fire. A Local Assistance Center (LAC) will be temporarily set up at the Long Valley Charter School located at 436-965 Susan Drive in Doyle to help residents get needed resources and support for their recovery process.

The center will be open on Friday, July 30 and Saturday, July 31 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Agencies that will be present include Lassen WORKs, Lassen County Adult Services, Lassen County Assessor, Lassen County Public Works, Lassen County Planning & Building, the Red Cross, United Way, Southern Baptist Church, Salvation Army, Fort Sage Family Resource Center, Lassen Family Services, the DMV, the California Department of Insurance, Franchise Tax Board, California Department of Public Health, California Housing and Community Development, and the California Contractors State Licensing Board.
