Maternal grandparents are Candice and Corey Gin of San Jose.

Paternal grandparents are Cheryl and Mike Beatty, of Quincy.

Rayna is also welcomed by sibling Brayden, 6.

Isla Rose Jacks

Isla Rose Jacks was born to Erin Barnes and William Jacks, both of Quincy on June 3, 2017, at 11:50 p.m. at Plumas District Hospital in Quincy. Isla Rose weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces and was 18.5 inches in length.

Isla is also welcomed by sibling Riley, 2.
