Caltrans announced the latest highway closures as of 9 a.m. this morning, July 24. The biggest change is the closure of Highway 89 from Highway 36 in the Chester area to the junction with Highway 70 at the Greenville Wye.
This information has been confirmed with the California Highway Patrol.

STATE ROUTE 70:
State Route 70 is currently closed from just east of Jarbo Gap (Butte County) to just west of Quincy (Plumas County).
STATE ROUTE 89:
State Route 89 is closed from the junction with State Route 36 to the junction with State Route 70.
STATE ROUTE 32:
State Route 32 is closed from Butte Meadows to the junction with State Route 36.
