Chamber introduces Work It Wednesdays

Save the date! The Lost Sierra Chamber of Commerce is partnering with Nakoma Resort to host a “Work It Wednesday” coffee hour on the first Wednesday of the month at 7:30 a.m. Chamber members can join us for coffee and/or a light breakfast before you unlock your doors for the day. This is a great time to share ideas for improving and growing businesses in our rural mountain community. Please R.S.V.P. to [email protected] and let us know you are coming.

We know you have busy schedules, so coffee hours are not the only opportunities our members have to network. Sierra Mountain Properties will be keeping the ball rolling on March 12, at 5 p.m. with our first mixer of the year. LSCC has rebranded these powerful business-to-business events to make them more inviting and fun for our members and friends. We are calling them “Commerce and Cocktails.” Come unwind, mingle, connect, laugh and learn from one another.

Our second mixer will be at Lena’s Cantina, Tuesday, April 14, at 5 p.m. Lena is hosting our annual Member’s Business Meeting. Come learn what your chamber has in store for you during the upcoming year. And, as always, unwind and get social. We will provide plenty of nibbles and a no-host bar.

If you are not yet a member of LSCC, consider joining. The more you participate in networking events and gain exposure in your community, the more opportunities your business will have to grow strong and gain revenue. Give us a call at (530) 836-6811. Better yet, stop by for a visit at the corner of Highways 89 and 70, Tuesday through Friday, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
