Charting COVID in Plumas – only one new case last week

The Plumas County COVID-19 case load grew by one during the past week to a total of 49, but our number of active cases remains quite low at 4. Meanwhile, the number of weekly new cases across the state remained less than 24,000 which is a major reduction from what it had been earlier. The number of statewide weekly deaths was less than 700, again an improvement over the August spike.
