Chester baseball manages a league match at Mercy

The Volcano baseball team has perhaps had the worst trouble from weather of any team in Plumas County, but! they were able to play a conference game April 9 with the Warriors on Diamond Field.

The Volcano conference record is 0-1 for a forfeit lost to the Los Molinos Bulldogs on April 5, but they didn’t get to play so this game with Mercy is the first.

Hopefully the Chester boys baseball field will be dry enough for all the great home games they have scheduled. Starting Tuesday, April 23, at 4 p.m., with the Redding Christian Lions from Palo Cedro.
