Chester Elementary fifth-graders receive a history lesson

Marilyn Quadrio, local historian and author, presents to Chester Elementary School fifth-grade students during their fifth grade camping trip at North Shore Campground. Her presentation focused on the history of the area, beginning when the Maidu lived in Big Meadows, to Chester being established with its first post office, up to the eruption of Mount Lassen.
