Chester might not have power, but it’s beautiful
Plumas News Staff Writer Gregg Scott, who’s based in Chester, reported that the area received 2-plus feet of snow over the past couple of days and remains without power. And though it can be cold and inconvenient, it’s beautiful. Here are a few of the shots he took this morning, Dec. 14.
