CHS seniors present projects
Since the summer of their junior year, all seniors in the Plumas Unified School District have been hard at work completing their senior projects, working many hours with local business owners and managers as mentors and job shadow partners.
Hosted by instructor Gina Pixler, this year a total of 24 Chester High School seniors participated May 29 for their Class of 2019 Senior Project Presentation Night at Chester Junior/Senior High School, with 24 community member judges reviewing each student’s poster boards, career portfolios and 15-minute PowerPoint presentations every half hour in different rooms on campus.
Students were graded on each of their senior project assignments separately.
At the end of the presentations everyone involved enjoyed refreshments served in the cafeteria.
