Jewell D. Ballard
Jewell D. Ballard died July 29, 2019, at Portola Long Term Care, in Portola at the age of 94.
Jewell was born Jan. 31, 1925, in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Survivors include daughters, Patricia Henak and Claudia Hunt; son, Robert Waggoner; three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
Services were held at Portola Methodist Church. Funeral arrangements were handled by Manni Funeral Home.
