Dec. 2: Plumas Public Health announces 17 new cases
The Plumas County Public Health Agency announced today, Dec. 2, that there are 17 new cases to report. The health agency has been posting positive test results twice a week — on Mondays and Thursdays. The last report was issued one day late on Tuesday, Nov. 30, when 18 cases were confirmed.
There are now 89 active cases; 2,034 total cases, and 16 deaths.
The 17 cases reported today are as follows:
Four cases for the Southern Region (Quincy/Meadow Valley): One confirmed on Nov. 30; tw0 confirmed on Dec. 1; and one confirmed t0day Dec. 2.
Nine cases for the Eastern Region (Graeagle/Portola): Four confirmed on Nov. 30; and five confirmed t0day Dec. 2.
Two cases for the Western Region (Chester/Lake Almanor): One confirmed on Nov. 30; and one confirmed on Dec. 1.
Two cases for the Northern Region (Greenville/Indian Valley): One confirmed on Nov. 30; and one confirmed on Dec. 1.
