Drive carefully – it’s slippery out there
Residents of the Galeppi Ranch subdivision in Quincy were in for a surprise when they went to pick up their mail today, Feb. 23. A motorist slid off the roadway taking the bank of mailboxes down with it. Until the mailboxes can be restored, residents will be picking up their mail at the post office.
The CHP is reminding motorists that it’s very slippery out there and they need to drive with extra caution.
