Education organization offers scholarship to graduating female student
Quincy Chapter KH of P.E.O., the international philanthropic education organization, is again offering a $500 scholarship to a woman graduating from either Plumas Charter School or Quincy High School. Applicants may be planning on attending any accredited college or trade program in fall of 2023, and must have a GPA of at least 2.0. Applications are currently available from the school counselors. Please note that applications must be received by 5 p.m. on Friday, May 5, either by email or by regular mail (those addresses are contained in the application). P.E.O. supports women’s education with scholarships, grants and loans.
