2022 Historic Longboard Revival Race Series

The 2022 Historic Longboard Revival Race Series begin Sunday, January 16, weather permitting, at the ski hill in Plumas Eureka State Park.
Registration runs from 10 a.m. to 11:15 a.m., with the drawing of numbers occurring at 11:45 a.m. Racing will begin at high noon.
This event features 1860’s style, nine to 16-foot wooden skis, participants dressed in historic attire with leather boots required, and authentic “dope” wax only. Prizes will be awarded.
For those that may not have the gear, use of club longboards is available on a first come, first serve basis, with a limited quantity available.
Entry fees for the event include a required Plumas Ski Club membership at $20, a $20 race fee for card-carrying ski club members using private longboards skis and a $20 fee to use club longboards. For more information about the Longboard Revival Race Series, visit plumasskiclub.org.
