Cowboy Poet event

Friends of the Chester Library are sponsoring a “Cowboy Poet” event on Thursday, September 15, from 5:30 to 7:00 pm at the Chester Library. Our distinguished guest, Mr. Larry Maurice, will not only perform entertaining poetry based on the experiences of being a cowboy, but he will share stories and songs of living this lifestyle, which is becoming more unique everyday.
There is no entry fee, and hors d’oeuvres and refreshments will be available.
