Plumas Audubon Society Field Trip: Let’s Go Birding Together Quincy – Pride Month Bird Walk

June 4, 2022 @ 8:30 am - 11:30 am

Birding is for everyone! Plumas Audubon Society is excited to be teaming up with the Plumas County Gay-Straight Alliance and Point Blue Conservation Science for our Second Annual Let’s Go Birding Together Pride Month Bird Walk, this year located in Quincy. This is an al-ages event.

Please register using this google form ( https://forms.gle/K7gWdAEFMxjywoY99 ) to order yourself a “Let’s Go Birding Together” T-shirt. T-shirt orders must be received by Friday, May 20th, to receive your shirt on the day of the event. If ordered after, the shirts will be available for pick-up at the Plumas Audubon office at a later date. Lack of registration does not prohibit attendance.

Participants will meet at Spanish Creek at the Spanish Ridge Trailhead just before Oakland Camp at 8:30 a.m. We will begin shortly after 8:30 a.m. The trip will conclude around 11:30, but guests are welcome to stay longer if desired.

Binoculars are available to borrow. Dress in layers and prepare for sun and insects. Bring water and snacks and be prepared to pack out any trash you bring in. Participants must be able to walk on uneven ground and be prepared to do some walking.

Feel free to contact Liz Ramsey ( [email protected] ) with any questions you may have!
