FRC reports 6 COVID cases
It’s been a while since Feather River College released positive cases associated with COVID, but that changed today. Six individuals — two employees and four students — have received positive test results.
Feather River College President Dr. Kevin Trutna said that staff and students who have been exposed to the positive cases have been notified. Half of the individuals who tested positive are isolating within the county, while the other half are isolating out-of-county.
Trutna said that all six individuals were experiencing mild to moderate symptoms including flu-like aches, headache and sore throat.
Trutna is encouraging students and staff to monitor their symptoms and to take advantage of the free testing services available on campus.
