Frosty and pal
Do children still play in the snow? Caden Castillo, 5, can hardly wait until it’s light outside and he can go out and play. Following last Saturday night’s (Dec. 14) snow he was out building his first really good snowman — complete with rocks for the eyes and mouth and of course a carrot nose. He also had fun building up a snow mound in his front yard and then sledding down it. When you’re just 5-years-old, it doesn’t take much to make a day exciting. Photos by Victoria Metcalf
