The men reported the following details for club activities on Nov. 13.

GMGA Friday Badditos resumed play on Nov. 12 after a week of suspension due to rain and a wet golf course. The course had dried out enough for carts to be allowed on all holes except numbers 1 and 10, which were bogs. The course dried out well considering how much rain it received over the past ten days. The day was beautiful, with many players in shorts and golf shirts.

The game of the day was individual best net ball and skins. The winner of the event was Burt Bellows with a net 63. Second, was Norm Nichols with a net of 70, and third place was Norm Miller with a net 71. There were six skins awarded, with Burt Bellows scoring three times, Norm Nichols with two, and Tom Wilson with one.

There are two more weeks of golfing at Graeagle Meadows Golf Course, provided the weather continues to cooperate. Wednesday’s play will start at 10:30 a.m. instead of the usual 11 a.m., and Friday’s play will start at 10:26 a.m. instead of the usual 11:26 a.m. The course will be closing for the season on Nov. 27
