Highway 70 open; had been impacted by overturned big rig

Caltrans is reporting that Highway 70 is now open at the Spring Garden Overhead, following the removal of an overturned big rig. The incident closed the highway earlier today, May 24, and then it was opened to one-way traffic control for several hours.
