Indian Valley Medical clinic closes temporarily
Plumas District Hospital announced that its clinic in Greenville is temporarily closed due to a lack of internet. Those who have appointments at the facility are being contacted to reschedule them in Quincy.
According PDH, the satellite internet provider for the Indian Valley Medical Clinic has equipment that is on the side of the mountain near North Arm that needs to be cleared of snow and ice. Per the company’s technical support, they have deemed it unsafe to address at this time.
It is unknown when the clinic will reopen.
