Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC)

System Replacement

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by Plumas County Facility Services & Airports, located at 198 Andy’s Way, Quincy, CA. 95971. Bids must be received by Facility Services & Airports staff no later than 3:00 p.m. on July 13, 2023, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Facility Services & Airports will have a meeting and walk-through at the Museum, located at 500 Jackson St. Quincy, CA., at 10:00 a.m. on June 29, 2023. This meeting is optional. Telephonic, telegraphic, emailed, or faxed proposals will not be accepted. Bids received after 3:00 p.m. on July 13, 2023, will be considered non-responsive and will be rejected. The bids must be clearly marked “2023 HVAC Replacement – Museum.” A Class C-20 license issued by the State of California, and registration with the Department of Industrial Relations will be required.
