It’s that time of year – Girl Scout cookies

Quincy and Portola Girl Scouts will start their cookie booth sales Feb. 22 continuing through mid-March. Cookies are $5 per box for traditional cookies and $6 for specialty cookies.

Cookie sales teach the girls important life skills and finances troop activities and trips.

Quincy’s first booth sale takes place Friday, Feb. 22, at Plumas Bank on Main Street from 3 to 6 p.m. Troop leader Laura Miller can be reached at 260-0365 for more information.
