Kimberlee Beth Dorris (Tarantino)

Kimberlee Beth Dorris (Tarantino), 55 years old.

Born December 31, 1967 in Quincy, California. Passed away peacefully March 4, 2023 at home in Quincy, California surrounded by her husband, Jerry, and children, Amanda and Christopher.

Kim lived, worked, and raised a family in Quincy, only leaving town for a few years to attend college. Family was everything to Kim. Spending her life in Quincy also meant she could be closer to her brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews.

Everyone who knew Kim found her to be kind, loyal, selfless, and funny. She dedicated 34 years to the accounting team at Environmental Alternative Family Services where she worked alongside her husband, Jerry.

Kim was an avid reader and loved a variety of genres. Other hobbies included interior decoration and Jeep rides in the woods with Jerry and their dogs.

Kim is preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Mary Tarantino and sister, Linda S. Marshall. She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Jerry Dorris; children, Amanda and Christopher Dorris; brothers, Mike and Rich Tarantino; sisters, Lou Boschee, Cathy DeCrona, Laurie Phillips and many nieces and nephews.

The Celebration of Life for Kim will be held April 30th, 2023 at:

Plumas County Fairgrounds Mineral Building,

208 Fairgrounds Road, Quincy California, 12-3pm.
