The City of Susanville acting as the Lead Agency pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act has prepared aa Negative Declaration (statement of no significant environmental effects) and will receive public comments relating to the project listed below.

The Initial Study and Negative Declaration (IS/ND0 evaluates the environmental effects of the proposed project to amend the General Plan land use designation and rezone one parcel of 18.09 acres from Single-Family Residential/R-4 (Multifamily Residential) District to General Commercial/ C-O (Commercial Office) District.
