You should also be aware that the lien being auctioned off may be a junior lien. If you are the highest bidder at the auction, you are or may be responsible for paying off all liens senior to the lien being auctioned off, before you can receive clear title to the property. You are encouraged to investigate the existence, priority, and size of outstanding liens that may exist on this property by contacting the county recorder’s office or a title insurance company, either of which may charge you a fee for this information. If you consult either of these resources, you should be aware that the same lender may hold more than one mortgage or deed of trust on the property. NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNER: The sale date shown on this notice of sale may be postponed one or more times by the mortgagee, beneficiary, trustee, or a court, pursuant to Section 2924g of the California Civil Code. The law requires that information about trustee sale postponements be made available to you and to the public, as a courtesy to those not present at the sale. If you wish to learn whether your sale date has been postponed, and, if applicable, the rescheduled time and date for the sale of this property, you may call 916-939-0772 or visit this Internet Web site www.nationwideposting.com, using the file number assigned to this case PFI-181073. Information about postponements that are very short in duration or that occur close in time to the scheduled sale may not immediately be reflected in the telephone information or on the Internet Web site. Public Notice
The Lassen National Forest (LNF) is seeking your input on the Southwest Lassen Watershed Improvement Project, a proposal for watershed improvement activities on the LNF lands. We hope you will help us identify concerns and opportunities to consider for this project, so we can design it to better reflect the needs and interests of the community.
Project information and maps are available online at: https://www.fs.usda.gov/project/?project=54111.
The preliminary analysis of this proposal indicates it falls into categories of actions that may be excluded from documentation in an environmental assessment or environmental impact statement, and it would not result in extraordinary circumstances:
Category 4 (36 CFR 220.6(d)(4)) – Repair and maintenance of roads, trails and landline boundaries.
Category 18 (36 CFR 220.6(e)(18)) – Restoring wetlands, streams, riparian areas or other water bodies by removing, replacing, or modifying water control structures such as, but not limited to, dams, levees, dikes, ditches, culverts, pipes, drainage tiles, valves, gates, and fencing, to allow waters to flow into natural channels and floodplains and restore natural flow regimes to the extent practicable where valid existing rights or special use authorizations are not unilaterally altered or canceled.
Category 20 (36 CFR 220.6(e)(20) – Activities that restore, rehabilitate, or stabilize lands occupied by roads and trails, excluding National Forest System roads and National Forest System trails to a more natural condition that may include removing, replacing, or modifying drainage structures and ditches, reestablishing revegetation, reshaping natural contours and slopes, reestablishing drainage-ways, or other activities that would restore site productivity and reduce environmental impacts.
The responsible official will consider all public input before making a decision. Your comments should provide specific facts, which you believe should be considered in reaching a decision.
Comments, written or oral, may be submitted to: Nathan Rezeau, Acting Forest Supervisor, Lassen National Forest Supervisor’s Office, 2550 Riverside Drive, Susanville, CA 96130, 530-257-2151 (phone), 530-252-6428 (fax), during normal business hours. The Supervisor’s Office’s business hours are from 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Electronic comments, in acceptable plain text (.txt), rich text (.rtf), or Word (.doc) formats, may be submitted to [email protected] using Subject: SW Lassen WIP. Please provide your input by July 13, 2018.
Information we receive in response to this request, including names, addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers of those who provide input, will be considered part of the public record and will be available for public inspection. Comments may be submitted anonymously.
A decision regarding this proposal is expected in the Fall/Winter of 2018 and implementation thereafter. Thank you for your interest and participation in the environmental analysis process.
