Letter to the Editor: Don’t fire Fauci

Knowing that there is a highly contagious respiratory virus plaguing the country, and in fact the world, there are some important “do’s” and “don’ts” that everyone who wishes to remain healthy should follow. Avoid crowds; the more people you encounter on a day-to-day basis, the greater the chance that someone will be harboring the virus, and it might be passed along to you. If you anticipate being within 6-10 feet of someone outside your immediate family, wear a mask. Avoid sports talk-, or cocktail party-style conversations, singing, or chanting. It doesn’t matter whether you are chanting, “build that wall,” “get some sense,” or “sixteen more years,” it is a health, or life risk regardless of party affiliation.
