Letter to the Editor: People refusing to act in a civilized manner

A very old saying in our Country is: “Your rights end where my nose (or anyone else’s) begins.”

Nobody has the right to contaminate others, not their water, not their food and not their air. We have active assault being perpetrated in our communities and should be dealt with accordingly. In this instance it doesn’t matter what ill-begotten false beliefs they cling to. It only matters what the demonstrable facts are. Those facts are being demonstrated in “Spades” here in Plumas County and across the nation.

When someone refuses to act in a civilized manner, at some point they are rightly removed from the community, or certainly should be.
