Library holds summer reading program at all branches

Plumas County Library is hosting its annual Summer Reading Program! From June 13- Aug. 13, as each child reaches their reading goal each week, they may pick up a prize from their local branch and enter into a drawing for a gift card. Raffle winners will be announced at the end of the program in August. This is for children age 0-18.

In July, each Library Branch will also host a fun activity program each week:

Quincy Branch: Tuesdays from 10am-11am – July 5, July 12, July 19, and July 26

Portola Branch: Wednesdays from 2:30pm-3:30pm – July 6, July 13, July 20, and July 27

Greenville Temporary Branch: Thursdays from 11am-12pm – July 7, July 14, July 21, and July 28

(Remember, we are now at our new location at Greenville High School, Room #402)

Chester Branch: Fridays from 11am-12pm – July 8, July 15, July 22, and July 29

(You can do the reading log without doing the July programs, or vice versa. Feel free to join any program at any branch you want. You do not need a library card to participate in any of these events.)
