Are you looking for a way to give back to your community? Lost Sierra Food Project is looking for new board members for 1 to 2-year terms.
Lost Sierra Food Project’s mission is to increase access to local foods for Plumas County residents, prioritizing low income populations, to provide workforce development programs, and to create educational food and farming opportunities.
We are interested in people with all kinds of skills and backgrounds. Fundraising, capital management, human resources, working with or coming from communities of diverse or disadvantaged backgrounds, and marketing are just some of the areas of expertise we seek. You don’t need any experience growing food!
