Moonlight Valley brightens geology trip

Dr. Hannah Aird of California State University, Chico, brought students for a geologic mapping tour in Moonlight Valley earlier this month. Crown Mining Corp. and California-Engels Mining Company hosted the tour. The students camped at the Taylorsville Campground. This was the second year for the event. Photo submitted
