SUMMARY OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE OF THE COUNTY OF PLUMAS, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AMENDING PLUMAS COUNTY CODE TITLE 9 PLANNING AND ZONING, CHAPTER 2 ZONING, ARTICLE 2 DEFINITIONS, SEC. 9-2.276 – “PUBLIC SERVICE FACILITY”

On May 5, 2022, the Plumas County Planning Commission held a public hearing on the proposed ordinance and approved Resolution 2022-1 making recommendations to the Board of Supervisors that the ordinance be adopted and the Board of Supervisors find the ordinance adoption exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Section 15061(b)(3) because it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the Ordinance may have a significant effect on the environment.
