The Plumas County Zoning Administrator will hold a Public Hearing on:

Continued Public Hearing – from Zoning Administrator Meeting of May 11, 2022, for approved Special Use Permit (U 3-20/21-12) for Plumas County Behavioral Health Wellness Center (“Public service facility” use) at 455 Main Street, Quincy, unincorporated Plumas County; APN 115-023-019-000; T24N/R9E/Sec. 14, MDM.
APPLICANT: Plumas County Behavioral Health
OWNER: Environmental Alternatives, DBA EA Family Services
The purpose of the public hearing is to review the compatibility of the Behavioral Health Wellness Center with the surrounding community, as required by Condition #4 of the approved Special Use Permit.
All interested people are welcome to attend the above hearing and will be given an opportunity to address the Zoning Administrator.
If you challenge the above project in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Zoning Administrator at, or prior to, the public hearing.
