The Plumas County Zoning Administrator will hold a Public Hearing on:

Public Hearing – Variance of the front and side yard (northern) setbacks in order to construct a carport at 6655 Dyer Drive, Lake Almanor, CA; Assessor Parcel Number 106-283-011-000; T28N/R8E/Section 27 & 28, MDM.

This project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under CEQA Guidelines Section 15305 as the project consists of a variance to the front and side yard (northern) setbacks for a carport.
All interested persons are welcome to attend the above hearing and will be given an opportunity to address the Zoning Administrator.
If you challenge the above project in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Zoning Administrator at, or prior to, the public hearing.
