Nov. 1: Plumas Public Health announces 26 new cases
The Plumas County Public Health Agency announced this evening, Nov. 1, that there are 26 new cases to report. The health agency has been posting positive test results twice a week — on Mondays and Thursdays. On Thursday, Oct. 28, the agency reported 72 cases.
There are 277 active cases; 1,801 total cases, and 14 deaths. According to the latest statistics there are 2 current hospitalizations.
The 26 cases reported today are as follows:
Seven cases for the Southern Region (Quincy/Meadow Valley): All seven confirmed today, Nov. 1.
Nine cases for the Eastern Region (Graeagle/Portola): Four confirmed on Oct. 29; and five confirmed today, Nov. 1.
Nine cases for the Western Region (Chester/Lake Almanor): Seven confirmed on Oct. 29; and two confirmed today, Nov. 1.
One case confirmed for the Northern Region (Greenville/Indian Valley): The single case was confirmed today, Nov. 1.
