Nov. 17: Plumas reports 6 more cases – Quincy area continues to be hit
The Quincy/American Valley continues to see a rise in coronavirus cases and today is no different.
The Plumas County Public Health Agency announced this evening, Nov. 17, six additional coronavirus cases:
One resident in the Northern Region (Indian Valley)
Five residents from the Southern Region (Quincy/American Valley)
Two of the six positive residents are related to already identified positive individuals. The contact tracing investigations are still on-going. If an exposed resident is identified during the investigation, the resident will be contacted by a member of the Public Health COVID-19 Response Team for further screening. (The recoveries for today have not been noted on today’s map. It will be noted on tomorrow’s map.)
There are now 153 total cases.
