For the third day in a row, the Plumas County Public Health Agency has announced the confirmation of new coronavirus cases. Today, Oct. 28, the agency announced three new cases. Two are for residents in the Southern Region (American Valley) and one in the Northern Region (Indian Valley) for a total of 76 cases to date. Contact tracing investigation has been initiated in all cases. If an exposed resident is identified during the investigation, the resident will be contacted by a member of the Public Health COVID-19 Response Team for further screening.
