Our Lady of the Snows community support
During the Feb. 5 meeting of nonprofit organizations hosted by the Lake Almanor Chamber of Commerce, Steve DeWitt, representing Our Lady of the Snows Catholic Church, presents a check for $1,000 to board members of the Almanor Basin Food Pantry (ABFP) as part of the churches community support efforts. ABFP, located at 386 Main St. (inside the Methodist Church) has been helping those in need with food distribution on the first and third Saturdays of each month since 2015.
