Performance artist, juggler to perform Friday at Portola Library

The Portola branch of the Plumas County Library will be hosting performance artist and juggler Tom Sparough on Friday, March 31,  from 11 to 11:45 a.m. All are invited for the fun event.  (Seating can be limited so please RSVP at (530) 832-4241.)
