PG&E closes customer service offices, including Quincy
Did you know that the PG&E office in Quincy has closed?
In December of 2022, the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) approved the permanent closure of all PG&E’s customer service offices, including the office in Quincy. The customer service offices have been closed since 2020 as a result of the COVID pandemic.
Since then, the vast majority of PG&E’s customers chose to use other payment options.. Customers still have the ability to pay online, by phone, US mail or in person at an authorized payment center. Please see below for further detail.
View and pay your PG&E bill at pge.com. Customers can pay online as a registered user,
or as a one-time user with no registration required. Customers can use a cell phone, tablet or personal computer to make a payment online.

Visit a nearby Neighborhood Payment Center (NPC). You can make cash, check or money order payments in person at any authorized payment center. (The nearest payment center options are Oroville or Chico.)
