Plumas County Sheriff’s Office warns residents of mountain lions in area
The Plumas County Sheriff’s Office shared this photo of mountain lions spotted in the eastern portion of Plumas County. At least five lions were seen together around 7 a.m. on property off Craig Road about 1/4 mile from County Road A15/Portola-Mclears Road.
The sheriff’s office warns residents to not leave children unattended in or near this area and be mindful to secure any pets or livestock if possible.
