Plumas Sheriff reports dispatch landlines and 911 down again UPDATED
UPDATED: All lines have been restored.
The Plumas County Sheriff’s Office is reporting this evening, Dec 15, that dispatch landlines and 911 lines are again temporarily down, with no  estimated time of restoration.
