Portola business continues to support the community

Over the years, he has donated pizza to the senior in-home program at Eastern Plumas Health Care, the 2019 Portola senior class party and many other causes. A.J. is the ex-president of the Reno Sikh Community. Also pictured is Arashdeep Singh, A.J.’s nephew, who puts in many hours in the store.
The Red & White Store is a family owned and operated business service Portola for 13 years. The store’s hours of operation are Sunday – Thursday 7:30 a.m. to midnight, and Friday – Saturday 7:30 a.m. to 2 a.m. “Thank you A.J. for all that you do for the community!” Chief Frank said.
