NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Change in Meeting Dates

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sierra Valley Groundwater Management District (SVGMD) will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 18, 2019 commencing at 6:00 p.m. at the Golden West Restaurant in Loyalton, CA, to hear comments from the public regarding SVGMD’s proposed ordinance that all future regular meetings will be held on the third Monday of each month at 6 P.M. at the Golden West Restaurant, 711 Main St., Loyalton, California. The regular board meeting scheduled for Monday, March 11, 2019 has been cancelled.

The ordinance can be viewed at http://sierravalleygmd.org. Written comments must be received by SVGMD by 5 p.m. on March 17, 2019. Comments can be emailed to [email protected] or sent via US mail to: SVGMD, PO Box 88, Chilcoot, CA 96105.
