PLUMAS COUNTY TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR PREPARATION OF A STATE ROUTE 36 COMPLETE STREETS AND CONTEXT SENSITIVE STREETSCAPE PLAN
The Plumas County Transportation Commission will accept Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms or individuals for the preparation of a State Route 36 Complete Streets & Context Sensitive Streetscape Plan.
The entire “Request for Qualifications” including instructions for submittal, is available during normal business hours at:

Proposals submitted for the requested professional services described in the proceeding should meet the following criteria to be considered for this project:
Submit six (6) paper hardcopies of the Statement of Qualifications, plus attachments and enclosures, to the Plumas County Transportation Commission at 1834 East Main Street, Quincy, CA 95971; Attn: Jim Graham, Executive Director, no later than 3:00 p.m. on Friday, November 19, 2021.
The proposal should be submitted in an envelope clearly marked with the consultant’s name and address. The phrase “SR 36 Complete Streets & Context Sensitive Streetscape Plan” should be marked on the sealed envelope.
