PUSD cancels Monday, Oct. 25 Indian Valley bus service

Due to the winter storm pummeling the area, Plumas Unified School District is canceling the bus service tomorrow, Oct. 25, for the following areas:

Buses leaving Indian Valley and traveling to Quincy or Chester

Special education buses that originate in Indian Valley and pick up students below the Highway 70/89 intersection

General education buses leaving Quincy will go no farther than Keddie

The Plumas County Sheriff and National Weather Service have issued a flash flood/debris flow warnings in burn scar areas and has urged caution.
